Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend, you must request a refund no later than forty 40 days prior (Friday 30 August) to the commencement of the Event if you have selected an accommodation ticket (this includes a Lender Partner ticket) and no later than thirty 30 days prior (Monday 9 September) if you have selected a non-accommodation ticket (this includes a Spouse/Partner Ticket).
