Connective proudly holds the highest representation of female brokers within the mortgage and asset finance broking industry, reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.  

This program provides opportunities for female brokers to network, share experiences, and gain valuable insights through a variety of engaging events scheduled throughout the year.

Empower Pre-Conference Keynote Morning Tea

As part of the 2024 Connective Conference, we are thrilled to host the Empower Pre-Conference Keynote morning tea at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Melbourne.

Held on the first morning of the 2024 Connective Conference in Melbourne, this in-person event will feature a keynote address from Jo Wagstaff, renowned leadership coach, speaking on how authenticity transforms the way women live, love and succeed.

Jo, who recently released her book 'Lead Like You', will draw from this personal memoir to present a transformational roadmap to redefine success and create a life that resonates with authenticity.

Kickstart your connections by networking with other female brokers over morning tea and our keynote session, before heading over to the Conference for lunch and lender expo.

If you aren’t attending the 2024 Connective Conference, you are still welcome to attend this event for a small fee, and attendance includes 1.5 CPD points.
