You will need to purchase a Connective Excellence Awards dinner ticket for them and cover their breakfast cost directly with the hotel. Just let us know if they will share your room so we can advise the hotel.
Yes, though please note there may be additional charges to upgrade your room to accommodate them. Please let our team know when you’re purchasing your tickets if there are children attending too. Please note children are not able to attend sessions or dinner at the conference.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel your ticket, we are happy to issue a full refund up to 35 days prior to the event. If you are cancelling with less than 35 days to go, there will be no refund available unless we can find someone else to take your place.
