We’re heading abroad for the Connective Asset Finance Leadership Summit! Now in its second year, this event brings together the top-performing asset finance brokers in one of the most breathtaking destinations in the world- Queenstown, New Zealand.

Over three days, you’ll  gather insights from industry leaders, build valuable connections with brokers and lenders, and enjoy an unforgettable experience in a setting that blends business with adventure.

International travel reminder: As this event is outside Australia, a valid passport is required to attend.

How much does it cost?

Thanks to our Lender Partners, this event is all expenses paid , covering:

  • Event registration

  • Accommodation

  • Economy flights

  • Meals

  • Transfers

If you wish to extend your stay or adjust flights outside the group schedule, additional costs will apply.

Do I need a visa?

For those travelling on an Australian Passport, you will likely not require a visa to visit New Zealand. For full information, please check the New Zealand Immigration website.

What meals are included?
  • Wednesday: Welcome function

  • Thursday: All meals

  • Friday: Breakfast and lunch

What’s not included?

Any personal expenses, such as:

  • Spending money

  • Additional costs for upgrades or meals on flights

  • In-room charges (mini-bar, laundry, etc.)

  • Additional costs for bringing a partner or family

What nights are included in the accommodation?
  • Wednesday, 3 September

  • Thursday, 4 September

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. If you'd like to extend your stay at Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown, please select this option during registration. Our event partner, Urban Event Management (UEM), will contact you with a quote.

If you choose alternative accommodation, you will need to arrange and cover the cost yourself.

Can I bring a partner or spouse?

Yes. Your partner or spouse may share your room at no extra charge, with daily breakfast included. However:

  • Dinner attendance is available at an additional cost.

  • They will not be able to attend educational sessions or networking activities.

Can I bring my family?

Yes, but:

  • Children cannot attend official event activities.

  • Childcare is your responsibility.

  • We will not cover additional meals or additional accommodation for family members. These expenses can be charged to your room and paid for at checkout.

Will I be sharing a room?

No, each delegate will have their own private room, unless you bring a partner or spouse.

Will transfers be organised?
  • Transfers between Queenstown International Airport and Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown are included for group flights.

  • All event-related transfers (dinners, activities) are also included

  • You will need to arrange your own transport to and from your home airport.

Can I upgrade my flight?

Please contact Urban Event Management once you have completed your registration process should you like to upgrade your flight, noting that all costs incurred, including a booking fee, will need to be covered by the individual.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

Yes. Please include any dietary requirements in your registration, and we will ensure they are accommodated.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual for all sessions and activities.

Will this event count towards CPD hours?

Yes. The event qualifies for 5 CPD hours. This will be available in the Summit App on the final day of the event.
