Please see below the table outlining the instructions per state.
Exhibitor deliveries for your event will be from Tuesday 4 March via the North Terrace Loading Dock.
GOODS TO BE DELIVERED FROM: TUESDAY 4 March 2024
Goods delivered prior to this date will NOT be accepted.
Delivery Instructions
All deliveries must be scheduled with the Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace Loading Dock on 08 8210 6773 or ntld@avmc.com.au prior to their arrival. The Adelaide Convention Centre will not permit any goods to be delivered to the venue earlier than the date specified above.
If any items are being delivered, they will need the label attached, please note items should only be delivered up to 2 working days prior to the event commencement.

Loading dock operates between 0730 and 1500 Montday to Friday (exc. Public holidays)
Items should only be delivered up to 2 working days prior to the event commencement.
Crown Perth will not accept responsibility for the collection of goods (including consignment notes) and for any items delivered or left for collection outside the times advised above.
Leftover items not collected within 2 working days of the event, will be disposed.

Goods WILL NOT be accepted more than 24 hours before the event.
To assist in the smooth delivery of goods, please complete the attached Delivery Label and attach to each item. We also require the details of the goods being delivered so we can ensure the loading dock marshal is aware of the incoming freight, please email dafne@connective.com.au your delivery details.
Any items collected post event, we require all items to be sealed, labelled and ready for collection the next working day. Goods must be collected within 48 hours after the conclusion of the event.

At the conclusion of your function we ask that all items be taken with you on the day
Any items left must be packed, labelled and if required have a couriers con-note attached
Crown will not be responsible for any item left on site.
Items left on site will only be held for 7 days after the event before they are disposed of
Delivery Instructions
ICC Sydney has three separate loading dock areas servicing ten docks in total. It is a requirement that all deliveries/pick-ups have a vehicle time slot booking in advance of arrival. Vehicles may not be accepted into the docks if no booking is made.
Please follow the below steps and complete ICC Sydney’s Loading Dock Booking form including your preferred time slot. Standard manning of the dock to accept deliveries is 0700-1600 Monday to Friday. Any movements outside these times will require three business days’ notice; charges apply.
To assist in the smooth delivery and collection of goods, please ensure the following steps are followed:
Affix the Organiser Delivery Label to each item being delivered to the venue.
You or your appointed freight company book a time to deliver their items to the Convention Centre Loading dock via the ICC Sydney Loading Dock Booking Form.
Please see below the estimated broker attendance in each state for this event to assist in your planning.
Please ensure you arrive at 8:00am to setup your stand and attend the Lender Briefing that begins at 8:30am.

All lenders are responsible for ensuring that items are delivered on time for events, and are removed at the end of each state event.
Please ensure that you have labels and all other courier dependent requirements ready should you have items being picked up at the conclusion of the event.
