The 2026 Connective Conference will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, one of the city’s premier waterfront conference venues. Located on Darling Harbour, the Hyatt Regency offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities, expansive event spaces and seamless access to Sydney’s CBD, making it an ideal environment for learning, connection and collaboration.

Are the tickets subsidised?

Yes, thanks to the generous support of our lender partners your tickets are subsidised. A standard ticket is valued at over $3,000!

Can I bring my partner/spouse?

Yes, they can join you and attend our evening events and share your room via a spouse dinner ticket option. Please note there are only 50 tickets available in this category, so get in fast to make sure your partner can attend.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, though please note there may be additional charges to upgrade your room to accommodate them. Please let our team know when you’re purchasing your tickets if there are children attending too. Please note children are not able to attend the conference or dinners at the conference.

Please note there is very limited availability for family rooms due to accommodation availability and there will be additional cost to book these rooms.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, speak to one of our friendly team member who can provide you with details of how to make this extension.

What’s the dress code?

Smart casual for the daytime conference sessions, and Welcome Dinner on night one, and dress to impress for the Gala Dinner on night two.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel your ticket, we are happy to issue a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. If you are cancelling with less than 30 days to go, then there is no refund available unless we can find someone else to take your place.

Can I stay somewhere else?

Yes, we have a limited number of non-accommodation tickets available.

Will I be sharing a room with someone else?

No. Every delegate will have their own room unless you choose to bring a partner or spouse.

Can I share a room with another delegate?

If you would like to share a room with another delegate, please purchase a non-accommodation ticket along with a full broker ticket and note this in your registration.

How will I know which hotel I will be staying in?

You will receive your accommodation details 2 weeks prior to the conference along with all other details you may need.

Will transfers be organised?

No, you will need to arrange your own transport form the airport to the hotel.
