We’re pleased to bring together leading Asset Finance Brokers for the 2026 Asset Finance Leadership Event, hosted in the relaxed coastal setting of Byron Bay, NSW.

Over three days, attendees will gain practical insights from industry leaders, strengthen relationships with peers and lender partners, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated experience that blends professional development with networking and time to recharge.

Set amongst coastal rainforest and beachfront surrounds, Byron Bay, NSW provides an ideal backdrop for the 2026 Asset Finance Leadership Event.

Our accommodation and conference sessions will be hosted at Elements of Byron, offering a peaceful, self-contained setting designed for both learning and connection.

Attendees will also enjoy offsite networking experiences at Three Blue Ducks, Stone & Wood Brewery, and Beach Restaurant Byron Bay.

How much does it cost?

Thanks to our lender partners, this event is fully hosted for invited guests, including:

  • Event registration

  • Accommodation

  • Economy flights

  • Meals as outlined in the itinerary

  • Event-related transfers

If you choose to extend your stay or adjust flights outside the group schedule, additional costs will apply.

What meals are included?
  • Wednesday: Welcome function

  • Thursday: All meals

  • Friday: Breakfast and lunch

What’s not included?
  • Personal spending

  • In-room charges (mini-bar, laundry, etc.)

  • Additional meal or flight upgrades

  • Costs associated with bringing a partner or family

What nights are included in the accommodation?
  • Wednesday, 2 September

  • Thursday, 3 September

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. If you’d like to extend your stay at Elements of Byron, you can select this option during registration. Our event partner will contact you with pricing and options. All extensions must be confirmed by Wednesday 12 August. If you prefer alternative accommodation, you’ll need to arrange and cover this independently.

Can I bring a partner or spouse?

Yes. A partner or spouse may share your room at no additional accommodation cost, with daily breakfast included. Please note:

  • Attendance at event dinners may incur an additional charge

  • Partners cannot attend educational sessions or official networking activities

Can I bring my family?

Yes, however:

  • Children cannot attend official event activities

  • Childcare and additional expenses are the responsibility of the delegate

  • Any additional costs can be charged to your room and settled at checkout

Will I be sharing a room?

No. Each delegate will have their own private room unless sharing with a partner or spouse.

Will transfers be organised?
  • Group transfers between Gold Coast Airport and Elements of Byron are included

  • Event-related transfers are included

  • Parking is available for delegates driving from Brisbane

Can I upgrade my flight?

Yes. Flight upgrades can be requested after registration. Any additional costs, including booking fees, will be payable by the individual.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

Yes. Please include any dietary requirements during registration and we will ensure they are accommodated.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual for all sessions and activities. Business casual is recommended for the celebration dinner. Early September in Byron Bay is typically mild, with cooler evenings.

Will this event count towards CPD hours?

Yes. This event qualifies for CPD hours, which will be available via the event app following the conclusion of the program.
