Our staff are the heart of everything we do, and the annual Connective Staff Conference is our opportunity to come together - all in one place.
Bringing together Connective staff from across Australia, and our Manila Star Award winners, the Staff Conference is the one time each year when everyone is together. It’s a chance to reconnect, reflect on the year that’s been, and look ahead to what’s next.
The Thursday afternoon session is an opportunity to come together to hear more about the business and what your peers are up to, followed by our signature Awards Dinner in the evening.

Yes, attendance at both daytime sessions is compulsory unless otherwise discussed with your manager.

We've got you covered when it comes to getting ready for the amazing dinner celebration. Here are some informal options for freshening up:
At the Connective Office: Our office has awesome end-of-trip facilities through the Charli App (please ensure you have access arranged prior through Julie Andersson).
If you live near the city or have friends nearby, take advantage of their changing facilities.
Please use your Uber Business to get you safely home from the Staff Awards only, or for airport transport for interstate travel.
Transport to/from all other parts of the Staff Conference are similar to a normal work day, or via the free tram zone for interstate staff.
Luggage storage on Friday will be available at Ballers Clubhouse.
