After five years of hosting one national event, we’re back on the road and bringing the Connective Conference to a town near our brokers. In 2025, we're returning to our state-based format, making it even easier for local brokers and lenders to connect, learn, and grow together.

Located just two hours from Sydney, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is set in the heart of wine country. Surrounded by pristine countryside, the resort features walking trails, wineries, and family-friendly attractions.
Novotel Twin Waters Resort is a 4-star beachfront haven on the Sunshine Coast, nestled between the ocean and river. It’s an idyllic location for a getaway, combining natural beauty with modern comforts.

Consider making your stand fun and exciting to gain lots of traction and engagement. This is your opportunity to get creative! Some stand activations that we have had in the past include lolly bars, juice bars, exciting giveaways, claw machines and more… If you need help thinking of ideas, please reach out to us.

Please advise enquiries@urbaneventmanagement.com.au the number of items you’re expecting to be delivered, the description of the items, and the expected delivery date before Monday the 22nd of September for all applicable states. You will need to arrange the return delivery also (if required).
Goods can be delivered to the Loading Dock between 0900-1700 hours, from Wednesday, 8 October 2025.
Deliveries before this date may not be accepted by the Resort. You can view the delivery label here.
RACV Cape Schanck Resort staff will only sign for deliveries between 7am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Goods will also not be accepted unless a delivery label.

Deliveries to arrive onsite no earlier than two business days prior to the event (from Monday, 27 October 2025)
Exhibitor bump-in from 6:00am on Thursday 30 October.

All outgoing items are scheduled for collection as soon as possible after the event and not later than Monday, 3 November 2025.
All exhibitors are asked to ensure their items are packed and clearly labelled for collection.
The venue storeman will move the items to the loading dock, or, depending on the size/other events booked in the space after our event, they may remain in the exhibition suite for direct collection by couriers.
The resort will receive items from 7 days before the event date (Wednesday, 29th of October)
Freight label saved in the folder. Each item must have this affixed by the Exhibitor to accept delivery to the resort. (page 1), In addition, page 2 needs to be affixed by the Exhibitor for anything that requires collection.

Resort requires the estimated volume of freight to be provided to the resort 30 days prior to the event date. I have noted this in the CP.
Access to Arrivals Lounge & Minyama Verandah is available from 7am on Thursday, 6th of November.
Post Event Freight can be stored for 3 days for collection (Collection must be scheduled by Wednesday 12th November). Any freight remaining at the resort after 14 days will be removed from the site and disposed of; no compensation will be provided for uncollected / disposed items.
