The 2026 Connective Conference will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, one of the city’s premier waterfront conference venues. Located on Darling Harbour, the Hyatt Regency offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities, expansive event spaces and seamless access to Sydney’s CBD, making it an ideal environment for learning, connection and collaboration.

This year, at our bigger than ever conference, we are taking things up a level and partnering with Moreton Hire to deliver a fully built exhibition. Photos of the stands can be viewed below. We’re excited for this upgrade, which will elevate the overall experience and create even more opportunities for you to connect with brokers throughout the event.
All exhibition stands (Impact Pods and NeoPods) are fully built and managed through Moreton Hire.

All standard inclusions (outlined above and also listed in the respective forms) are handled for you—simply confirm your selections and any additional preferences (AV, furniture and signage items) via your exhibitor form.
Please note: Standard Pod's do not include any graphics or branding. If you would like branded graphics on your stand, please advise Moreton Hire directly so they can provide the appropriate options and pricing.
All lenders are required to complete their exhibitor form, even if you are not requesting any upgrades.
Once submitted, there is no automatic email. The confirmation will be returned manually directly from Moreton Hire upon review.

All deliveries must follow the venue’s strict guidelines.
Deliveries are to the loading dock at Slip Street via Sussex Street Sydney NSW 2000
Items will only be accepted 3 days prior to the event
All deliveries must include a completed delivery label
Please advise enquiries@urbaneventmanagement.com.au the number of items you’re expecting to be delivered, the description of the items, and the expected delivery date before Monday the 22nd of September. You will need to arrange the return delivery also (if required).
Monday to Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm. Courier deliveries will only be accepted after 11.00am.
Please ensure all deliveries fall within these times.
All deliveries must be clearly labelled and meet venue requirements. Items sent without correct labelling or outside delivery windows may not be accepted.
If you are organising return freight post-event, all items must be correctly labelled and organised for collection following pack-down. You will also need to complete this form.
Tickets to the 2026 Connective Conference are extremely limited, with all accommodation tickets already sold out and a limited number of non- accommodation tickets remaining.
We may have limited additional tickets available for Lenders to purchase, even those without accommodation, please contact sponsorships@connective.com.au to check availability.
